Giveaway Rules: The Summer Smiles Giveaway is open to individuals of all ages, including both children and adults. The selected winner may choose to transfer (gift) the prize to another individual; however, the prize may not be sold, exchanged for cash, or otherwise transferred for monetary value.
Prize Description: The giveaway prize consists of a comprehensive orthodontic braces case (“Comprehensive Braces Treatment”).
Important Conditions: Prior to the start of orthodontic treatment, the selected recipient must complete all necessary preliminary dental care. This includes, but is not limited to, dental cleanings, fillings, extractions, or any other oral health treatments required to establish proper oral health. All dental services outside of the comprehensive braces treatment are not included in this giveaway and are the sole financial responsibility of the recipient. Treatment will not begin until all pre-existing dental needs are fully addressed and oral health is deemed stable by the provider.
Winner Selection & Notification: One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The winner will be notified on May 22, 2026, the last day of school.
Additional Terms: The prize has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for other services. By entering, participants agree to allow the use of their name and/or likeness for promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law. The provider reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. By participating, entrants agree to abide by these official rules and all decisions made by the giveaway sponsor.
